Our Residential Habilitation program supports adults aged 18 and older with developmental disabilities in living safely and independently in their communities. Funded by Medicaid, this service focuses on teaching essential life skills to help individuals reduce their reliance on support over time. Each person receives customized staff support based on their current level of functioning and individual needs
We provide in-home nursing services for individuals with developmental disabilities who are also enrolled in our Residential Habilitation program. Our team of skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) deliver personalized care, including health assessments, skilled nursing interventions, and ongoing medical oversight.
We offer Payee Services for individuals who need support managing their finances. Our services include Social Security Representative Payee assistance, bill payment management, budgeting and financial planning, and accurate financial recordkeeping. We help ensure that each individual’s financial responsibilities are met while promoting long-term financial stability.
